CONDITIONS
PAYMENT TERMS
1. Due to limited accommodation at our Property, a deposit
of 50% is required to secure confirmed bookings.
2. All reservations requests will be tentative, unless
accompanied by 50% advance. Balance 50% payment should be
made 30 days prior to the guests’ arrival at the Raj Niwas
Palace.
3. Payments have to be made as per Terms & Conditions
applicable; an 18% p.a. interest will be levied on any
delays thereof.
REMITTANCES
Cheques / Demand Drafts should be drawn in favor of: -
“NIYANT HERITAGE HOTEL PVT. LTD”
Cheques / Demand Drafts/ Bank Transfer should be payable in
DHOLPUR, and sent to our DHOLPUR office. Outstation payments
will be accepted by Demand Draft only.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
NIL - If cancellation is made 60 days prior to the date of
check in
25% - Minimum cancellation charges If cancelled 45 days
prior to the date of check in.
50% - If Cancelled less than 30 days from date of check in.
NO REFUND in case of cancellations made less than 15 days
from date of check in.
NOTE
1. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully.
2. Whilst you are provided with every possible care and
attention during your stay, you travel at your own risk at
all times.
3. All Baggage and belongings shall remain your own
responsibility at all times during the travel and stay.
4. The above mentioned package rates are not valid during
the festival period.
