This Refund Policy is applicable for bookings made through our website dholpurpalace.com as well as for telephone / email / walk-in bookings.
All cancellations and refunds shall be subject to Cancellation and Refunds Policy provided separately on the Website and/or Application.
Cancellation requests need to be sent to our email ID, or made in person at the Reception Desk by a member of the Guests List who are confirmed in the Booking. If request for cancellation (or partial cancellation i.e., reduction of numbers of rooms or period of stay) is received from the guest 30 days or more prior to the check-in date, 100% of deposit can be refunded. If received within 29 - 22 days prior to the check-in date 75% will be refunded, between 21-15 days prior to the check-in date 50% of the services will be refunded, between 14 - 03 days prior to the check-in date 25% will be refunded, between 02 - same day no refund can be made.
In case of premature departure, 50% for each cancelled day and room, would be forfeited by the guest.
If booking is for 3 days above then minimum 3 days retention will be charged for FIT & GIT
We would only cancel your Booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all amount paid by you for the Booking. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Refund amount, if any, shall be credited to your bank account and the email confirmation of the same shall be sent to you, within seven working days of the receipt of the Cancellation/Partial Cancellation Requests by Email from you. In case you wish to avail cash refund, this shall be provided along with a hard copy voucher of the Refund amount, at the Reception of the hotel, any time after the receipt of the Cancellation/Partial Cancellation Requests by Email from you.
